Online Ordering

Add the recipient’s phone number in the “Order Notes”.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

Yes — simply select Pick Up at checkout and add your preferred pick-up date.

We offer:

  • Speaking Roses — real roses printed with your message or logo

  • Gift add-ons including balloons, teddy bears, and plants

  • In-store pick-up, local and international flower delivery

Yes — we welcome advance orders for any occasion.
Simply select your preferred delivery or pick-up date at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

If you’d like a custom bouquet or have a special request, you can choose from our Designer’s Choice options online — or contact us directly by phone or email.
We’ll work with you to create something unique to suit your occasion, colours, or style.

Delivery Policy & Terms

Order before 2PM, Monday to Saturday, for same-day delivery.

Our delivery fee varies by suburb:

  • Free delivery to all Gold Coast hospitals

  • $15 to most local suburbs

  • $20 for outer areas (e.g., Tugun and similar distances)

You’ll see the exact delivery fee at checkout based on your delivery address.

We deliver Monday to Saturday, between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM.

For standard delivery, you can request a morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) delivery.
If you need delivery at a specific time, please select “Express Delivery” at checkout — this allows you to nominate your preferred time for an extra fee.

Yes — we deliver on Saturdays.
We are closed on Sundays and do not offer Sunday deliveries.

No — we offer free delivery to all Gold Coast hospitals.
Simply select Hospital Delivery at checkout.

We deliver across the Gold Coast. You can view the full list of suburbs we deliver to on our Where We Deliver page.

When a delivery cannot be completed — for example, access issues or incorrect address — the order will be returned to the shop, and you’ll be contacted to arrange pickup or re-delivery (fees apply).

If the recipient isn’t available, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place or with a reception/neighbor if possible.
If there’s no safe place, the flowers will be returned to our shop, and a re-delivery fee will apply for another delivery attempt.

We always aim to deliver on time, but delays can sometimes occur due to traffic, weather, or access issues.
If there’s a delay, we’ll do our best to contact you or the recipient and update you on the delivery status.

We are closed on public holidays and do not offer delivery on those days.
If an order is placed on a public holiday, it will be delivered on the next business day.
If you’ve placed an advance order that falls on a public holiday, we’ll contact you to confirm or reschedule.

For areas outside the Gold Coast, please contact us — we may be able to arrange delivery through our partner florists.

If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it promptly.

Product Information

If a flower isn’t available, we’ll substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or greater value — always maintaining the style, colour palette, and look of the arrangement.

  • Standard — a smaller arrangement with fewer flowers

  • Classic — our most popular size and the one usually shown in photos

  • Premium — a fuller, more luxurious arrangement with extra blooms for maximum impact
